The best way to keep in touch is via Facebook and being added to the email database. The Facebook group is a closed group, which means you need to request access to join.

STEP 1:
If you haven't already done so, register yourself using the New Member Registration Form.

Your details will be stored securely and only used for important communications e.g AGMs etc.

STEP 2:
Visit the Facebook group and request access. The administrator will check your details against the form registration, ask you some security questions, and then grant you access.
